The 1st Annual Swan Boat Classic is this weekend and it seems to be a preview for the Florida Open Club Sectionals; as the SBC has grabbed the best open teams in the state.

At the top of Pool A is Flroida, who was a favorite in the College Championship Series in the college season until they fell short at Regionals. Florida takes the number 1 seed, with a record of 2-0 against sectional rivals (FTS and Tampa?).

Pool B is a very strong pool with probably the best the state has to offer. Teams such as Tampa and Vicious Cycle can end up taking the pool or at least stir things up. Vicious Cycle's re-appearance in the Club Scene has made Gainesville a strong force at Sectionals, and this weekend they are going to make the presence known. I'm not too sure what Tampa's bringing to the table... but if USF has their core this weekend, be looking to see some connections... or at least some entertaining arguements with eachother.

As for FTS!.... FTS will have they're time to shine this weekend, as they have become more of a unit and have a versatile line-up, which includes players from around Florida, a single Georgian (from Georgia), and even a smart person from Harvard. Here is the un-official roster:

Morgan Bambace

Matt Robinson

Andrew Roca

Bill Igar

Brandon Geick

Brian Hoke

Brian 'Laser' Pabst

Charles Andrews

Jeff Surmin

Joe Tilley

Kyle Bettis

Matt Reedy

Mike Hickson

Phil Stokes

Quint Wharton

John 'Waldo' Sullivan

Scotty Hickson

Thomas Bobango

Joe Segal

Will Blake

Garret Braun

Jason Sherman

Assuming that FTS shows up in numbers and ready to play, it should be an interesting Saturday, as well as a "what up tit-tilating" Sunday.

Let's roll.................................................................
